This course is focused on the role of lawyer in mediation. If you are excited about the opportunities this role has for you and want to take the next step to become an accredited mediator this will be a valuable foundation for you to build upon. On average our students complete this course in 3 hours. The course is entirely flexible and we find most students practice the 'little and often' principle, completing the course in bite-sized chunks. The course has been designed to enable you to jump in and out when it suits you.
You will access the course via our dedicated Learning Management Platform. You can study on a laptop, tablet or even your phone, though for the best experience we recommend a desktop or laptop computer. You will need a stable internet connection.
This course is aimed at solicitors and barristers but is also suitable for law students, trainee lawyers, paralegals, legal executives and anyone working in the law or dispute resolution.
You will be assessed by an online multiple choice assessment with a pass grade of 55%.
